Gainsight Rule on Succesplan
I have made one rule . Action type is Success plan. Not able to see options in Status. I am making this rule in TEST Environment. Can anyone suggest solution
This tutorial explains how to create success plans using the rules engine. I believe the plan statuses are all available out of the box.
