Gainsight's April 5.13 Release is Live!

Gainsight's April 5.13 release was pushed today to all customer orgs receiving automatic upgrades. This release includes a new global Timeline tab (which the Admin must enable) to see all activities for all accounts and relationships in one central location; an enhanced in-app help center, including documentation search, and suggested articles based on the page you're on in Gainsight; and the ability to post to Timeline from the Sally app for Slack.

    Lila: at Pulse, Karl showed the Insights view on the C360. Is that included in this release?

    Are you talking about access to Sally from the C360? That's not in this release, but will be coming in the next several months.

    Right. He showed how Insights could be called from Slack, but he also showed it in the UI, as a new tab next to Detail, Timeline, and Insights.
