Gainsight's Fall Release is Coming Soon!

Gainsight's v5.10 release is planned for November 28*! Sandbox upgrades will happen on or after Nov. 13. The release contains many enhancements, but here are just a few of the highlights:

• 
  Timeline: notes are available in reporting; attachment limit increased to 30 MB; and option to sync activities to SFDC Events or Tasks
  
  
  
• 
  Adv. Outreach: new scheduler available for Power Lists and Query Builder; ability to add 360 Layout link in email templates and preview email templates from the AO; and participant journey details available in activity feed
  
  
  
• 
  Dashboards: share dashboards internally as a link via email; Dashboard Builder and Success Snapshots load faster
  
  
  
• 
  Success Plans: share as a link with Contacts and Users; populate custom fields via rules; plus Gantt chart improvements
  
  

• Sally for Slack: query summary, attributes, and scorecard measure groups based on C360 layout; query for CSM name and custom activity types as well as standard types
