Some highlights from this release include:
IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY WITH GAINSIGHT HOME (Gainsight NXT only)
Introducing the new Gainsight Home feature that helps CSMs perform their day-to-day customer success activities more effectively.
Gainsight Home is a configurable composition of widgets from various Gainsight applications, including Cockpit, Adoption Explorer, Scorecards, CX Center, and more. CSMs can now complete their day-to-day tasks with minimal clicks and without the need to navigate to multiple pages or tabs.
Once the admin configures and publishes Gainsight Home, CSMs/admins can customize their home page with widgets of their choice. For more information on Gainsight Home, refer to the Gainsight Home Overview article.

IMPROVE EFFICIENCY WITH NEW SUCCESS PLANS (Gainsight NXT Only)
Success Plans is now powered by the Horizon Design system. The following are key enhancements we’ve made to help CSMs work more efficiently:
-
A dedicated page for Success Plans in the primary navigation pane. Here users can view Success Plans across all customers and all relationships in one place.
-
Configure custom statuses for Success Plans from the admin page.
-
Apply multiple templates when creating a Success Plan in Rules Engine.
IMPORTANT:
-
Admins will have the option to toggle on the Success Plan Horizon Experience on the Administrator > Success Plan page starting on July 03, 2021. After enabling the Success Plan Horizon Experience, customers cannot roll back to the old Success Plan.
-
If customers choose NOT to upgrade existing Success Plan to Horizon Experience, they will have 60 days time from July 03, 2021 to continue the experience with existing Success Plan and familiarize with the upgrade through various related articles listed here. After 60 days, all customers are automatically upgraded to Success Plan Horizon Experience.
