Gainsight's v6.3 May Release is Coming Soon!

For customers who opt-in to automatic upgrades, the 6.3 release is live in your Sandbox orgs, and the Production release is planned for May 14.

 

This release contains lots of great enhancements, including:

  • Send Emails directly from CTAs, without applying a playbook. (Available with the Production release.)
  • Create a formula field directly in the Report Builder. (A popular Community request!)
  • Create calculated fields by using String and Date formula functions.
  • Access the Sally the AI Bot in the Gainsight widget on SFDC Account and Opportunity pages.

Please note, there is no release planned for June. The upgrade calendar and process is available here.

      I am trying to set up Journey Orchestrator permissions in my QA environment. I only see Survey Permissions - I don't see Email Template or Program permissions.

      Expectation (from draft release notes):

      Reality (my QA sandbox):

      Also, it apparently won't allow you to use spaces in the Bundle name when initially creating the bundle:

      But if you go back into the bundle after it's created, you can add a space and it accepts it.
