SUMMARY 















Gainsight will be


releasing a Hotfix as follows: 


















Thursday, 2nd June 2016   between 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM CST















 















This hotfix is for minor issues . During this schedule, 


some of the backend components along with queues will be in hold state. Once the


deployment window is closed, all queues will be resumed. All objects that


were scheduled to run during maintenance will run once the window is


closed. 





Delays are expected


in completion of Rules, Data Processor and Aggregations.

Hi there


Does this explain why I currently have a 3 hour plus delay on my Rules Engine ?


Any chance we can get these alerts earlier in future as I have been investigating the delay only to receive this notification half way through the maintenance window
