We’re currently looking at implementing Gong for our sales teams and so our CS teams are curious about what functionality we can implement in GS for them. I’ve been doing some digging but can’t find anything on Relationships. Our CSMs log all of their activity on the Relationship, so does anyone know if we can configure the Gong integration to log timelines at the Relationship or is it only available at the Company level?

@Wihoward did you hear back anything regarding this? Have the same requirement


@godwin According to a couple of resources at Gainsight this is on their roadmap for possibly end of 2024 since they are releasing Teams functionality as well. 


Thanks! it also sucks that we as admins cant associate these in the UI or automatically. Sometimes Sales owns calls and they are never going to login to GS to move them.
