This request is to allow for free form text in the ‘From’ and ‘Reply To’ in Group send so we can modify the prefix to our needs using Gainsight already approved email domains. Our company would like to send Group send emails using a shared email address.
When using Group Send, both the ‘From’ and ‘Reply To’ email addresses are predetermined options, based on tenant email configuration. However, Journey Orchestrator allows for free form text.

The impediment to use Group Send as it stands today is the shared address does not contain an inbox so the address cannot be validated and added to our org wide email addresses, which would allow the address to show up as an option in the ‘From’ and ‘Reply To’ in Group Send. This is why we need the ability to modify the prefix for approved email domains with free form text.
