We are looking at potentially  implementing GS Follow up AI for our  Client Success team but  have some product questions:

  • I see there is a limitation of storing it for 15 months, does that mean it gets wiped from timeline activity history after 15 months as well?

  • When will we be able to report on the "topics" from the conversation? I see that this is not reportable at this time but curious where this is on the roadmap? That could be a game changer when we are talking about churn risks , prioritizing accts etc

    • Are the "topics" created per discussion or is there a "library" of topics that the tool looks at and applies based on the conversation?

  • We currently have an integration with Chorus which automatically sync the chorus ai summary to GS Timeline as a "meeting". If we decide to set up GS follow up AI with Chorus (which is already connected to our Microsoft workspace) what do we need to do to disconnect/reconfigure our existing set up?

  • Can we report on which tasks were auto created from the follow up timeline activity?

Great questions @katharineplante! I’m interested in the answers as well.

Hello @katharineplante

Thank you for reaching out.

1. The 15-month period refers to how long we save transcripts in our system. This timeframe does not affect the AI follow-up activity, which is never deleted on our side.

2. We will release the topic and sentiment reporting patch next week. This will allow you to start reporting on topics and their associated sentiments through a new object. The product team will provide details in the release notes and update our documentation accordingly.

3. The topics are generated based on the discussions that take place and are not derived from a predefined library.

4. For Chorus integration, you will need to disconnect it via the external API that you have configured before setting up the AI follow-up.

5. Unfortunately, you cannot report on which tasks were automatically created from the follow-up timeline activity.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Mudita
