I can insert a Hyperlink in the "Rich Text” widget. But, when I try to access the URL (hyperlink), the browser is being redirected to my org's Gainsight app. For example, I have added "www.google.com” as the hyperlink. When I click the hyperlink, I am being redirected to my orgs Gainsight app.
