Hello Team, 

 

I have been validating the Horizon Analytics functionality in our Sandbox and I came across an issue with the Salesforce reports. There are few reports which still has a field named  'Escalated__c' on object 'Case' which was deleted from Salesforce. Now the issue is, when I open the specific reports, I can see that there are two fields added to the Show Me section without any label and  there is no option for me to remove the field from the report. The Run Report, Add filters and Add Formula options are disabled. I am attaching a screen recording for your reference. Please look into this issue 

 

The “Grant access to Gainsight Support" is already active and it is active till 13th July 2021.

@kumaranbcak sorry for the inconvenience, this is a known bug. For better tracking purpose I am creating a support ticket


Hi @kumaranbcak 

We have shipped an update here which will allow you to remove these fields which are deleted. There is one important point that I want to highlight as a FYI - This can happen both for deleted fields and for the fields you (integration user) do not have permission. 


Hello @rakesh , I am not able to remove the fields from the report. The same issue is still there and the reports are working as expected. The integration use have access to all the salesforce fields. Can you please check and provide us an update

If this is still not working, we can debug it more via the zendesk ticket Sai created. Looks like there is a bug that you are encountering.
