How can I fix formatting between salesforce long text fields and GS
We use the salesforce connector to pull in a description field from salesforce. it’s a long text and not a rich text field. The formatting is lost when we view the field in Gainsight. Anyone have a suggestion for a workaround. Support was responsive but not helpful on this one.
