We have to follow brand guidelines laid out by the company on our communications going out to customers. Gainsight provides for only few fonts that are not part of our branding guidelines. Can you please suggest how to import the fonts we need in Gainsight tool?

I acknowledge fonts can be a big branding item; I’ve been there; done that.

 

If you do end up going with a custom font, be sure you test, test, test what your message looks like on a multitude of email clients and machines before you launch. If you use a font within Gainsight that isn’t commonly installed on your recipient’s machines, you can get unintended results and lose that branding you worked very hard to design and configure.


looks like an area of improvement for Gainsight as branding is a big concern for the companies.


This isn’t just a functionality concern but a technical one with the limitations of HTML email

If your company already has a well-tested standard template to use for branded emails, you should be able to use this within JO still by editing the HTML directly
