Historically my team has used United States and World heat maps to visulize where our custoers are concentrated, however, those types of reports don't exist in Gainsight. Aside from a list view, are there are ways that people have been able to successfully visualize where customers are in Gainsight for Quick Consumption?

Hi Emily,

If you group your customers by region or state, you could use the Packed Bubble visualization to show cohort groups by relative size. Have you tried that?

I will definitely give that a try, but I think we will have too many groupings for that. Thanks for the idea!

Hi Emily,

On what values would you be grouping your customers on?

It would be on State and/or country - Not a need to have, but was just curious how people visualized without the heatmap "map." I'll definitely try the bubbles thought and see what my team thinks.
