How do we exclude participants within an "Active" Journey/Advanced Outreach?

Hi all,
I hope this finds you well.

The CSM team recently sent a CSAT survey to multiple contacts within an account. For one of the accounts, the respondents answered the survey as a group and another reminder email is scheduled to go out next week.

How do I exclude the remaining contact emails within that account from the journey/outreach ?

Hi Jasmine, you can remove participants by clicking on the participants icon at the top right of the Participant Configuration page and select the participant and click the trash icon next to their name.
