For the SFDC Gainsight, what is the limitation on number of data points that can be shown on the C360 Summary Page? I have a whole list of items that I would like to be shown and would like to know the limit.

@wmurthy 6 widgets and 6 fields

Here’s some more information on it, in case you need additional help.

As Heather suggested, it is 6 widgets and 6 fields.

So if I need an extended Summary where there are more than that many components, do I need to create a separate Tab/Page ?  I see need for a single glance view of key details of:

  1. Products bought, # Licenses
  2. Support - what’s the customer signed up for?
  3. Education - signed up by the customer
  4. Product Usage -
  5. Health Score
  6. Contracts renewal dates, $amounts
  7. ARR
  8. Names of CSM, CSE and Finance (Contracts Renewal lead)
  9. Support tickets - How many filed this year, how many last year and # open tickets
  10. # of PS Projects Active
  11. Remaining PS Hours
  12. Last timeline activity logged - date and type

and there are many more. I want all the key information at a glance in 1 page instead of tabbing to multiple tabs.

Isn’t this possible in Gainsight?

Thank you!

@wmurthy, you’re welcome!

@wmurthy - Thank you for the inputs. We have plans to revamp the summary section in C360. We will try to address these requirements during the revamp.

@wmurthy, you asked about adding all these extra fields:

  1. Products bought, # Licenses
  2. Support - what’s the customer signed up for?
  3. Education - signed up by the customer
  4. Product Usage -
  5. Health Score
  6. Contracts renewal dates, $amounts
  7. ARR
  8. Names of CSM, CSE and Finance (Contracts Renewal lead)
  9. Support tickets - How many filed this year, how many last year and # open tickets
  10. # of PS Projects Active
  11. Remaining PS Hours
  12. Last timeline activity logged - date and type

I would recommend using an Attribute section. This will allow you to include as many fields as you like but it won’t have the widgets. You can also add multiple Attributes sections if you want to separate out your fields into different sections on the C360.

Here’s how to add the attribute section and the additional fields you wanted:

Thanks much. I appreciate

We used the SFDC version of Gainsight. Does that product also have the same Attributes section?

Yes it does. Here it is:

As a quick tip, you can always google Nxt or SFDC. For example,  “Gainsight Nxt C360 Attributes“ or “Gainsight SFDC C360 Attributes” will find you the right article you need. I generally use Google to search for all GS Support articles as it seems to always find exactly what I want to find.

As always, I appreciate your quick help!!
