I searched the IP and didn't see it on the major blacklists but it must be showing up somewhere if that's the hard bounce reason, or what else could be the reason if it's not appearing on any blacklists? How often is Gainsight checking its sending reputation?

Hi, Kelly. We utilize a third-party service which monitors our sending IPs 24x7 and alerts if we land on any of the major blacklists. Spam filtering solutions like MagicSpam can be customized and tightened down by individual recipient domain admins which makes them difficult to monitor.
I’d encourage you to open a support request if issues persist or if you find that multiple recipient domains are reporting the same message. We’d be happy to help with investigation.
