How to add a new field to Gainsight Subject Area- Call to Action

I would like to add a field called days to close which would be Closed date-created date. Is there a way I could add this

    I'm sorry for the confusion, Jahnavi!

    The Call to Action object is a SFDC object. You can add custom fields in SFDC Setup > Create > Objects > Call to Action...

    Hi Jahnavi, I think you can manage the custom fields in Administration > Operations > Data Management. Have you tried this already?

    I do not see any object called "Call to Action" there.
