Hi all,

I’ve created some Success Snapshots (Gainsight NXT) but didn’t find a way to change the date format. I would like to show it in the European format DD-MM-YY and without hours, minutes and seconds.

Where can I make this change? In the configuration setup I didn’t find this option, and anyway the Success Plans are setup with European format.

@Ester.Memoli you can follow the below steps

  • Go to the report builder section and select the System folder.
  • You will see three OOB Success Plan reports as shown below
  • You can go to the relevant report and modify the formatting and sort order as per your needs.
  • OOB Success Snapshot Reports

     

Hi @rahul_prayakarao , this is an interesting information to know, thanks. 

Anyway I don’t see any place where I can change date/time format, for instance.

The Due Date shows also the time (which I’d like to remove) and in shown in European format, but in Success Snapshots it is shown in American format. Maybe this is a bug and I will submit it to Support. Any other suggestion is welcome
