How to set CTA Notifications?

Please note that notification options have to first be enabled at a global level, if you will, by the Gainsight Admin. "Once you enable email notifications for users, the user can determine the frequency of their notifications, or manually subscribe to email notifications." I followed this article and have some comments / questions:

2. After I set the general options, will it trigger email notifications for users. Or these will be sent after each user will specify its preferences.

3. Where can I see sample alerts? I want to see how it looks before enabling it.

I recently started going through all of the unanswered or unresolved problems and questions here.

Once you enable the Notification Frequency, then user will get the email notifications.
Navigate to Admin>>Notifications

3. Where can I see sample alerts? I want to see how it looks before enabling it.
Please create a sample CTA and you will receive an email notification.
