[i]Since Reports 2.0 does not allow us to create formulas, i had to build my report in Salesforce.

+1Hey,Sorry for the inconvenience, we don't have a way to bring the reports from Salesforce to Gainsight.
Supporting of formula fields in report builder 2.0 is in our active road map. Given that today formula fields while creating a report don't exist, what exactly would you like to achieve by bringing in a report with formula fields from Salesforce into Gainsight ? More information would help.
