By end of day Fri., Aug. 17, you'll have access to our new and improved support.gainsight.com site, also known as Gainsight Go! We've updated the appearance and organization of our product support materials to save you time and make it easier to find information!

The v5.17 release is very minor this month. Sandbox upgrades started Aug. 16, and the Production upgrade will occur on August 28. Click here for draft release notes

Looks good.  One thing - when I click on "Submit or Review Tickets" it takes me straight to submitting a ticket.  I have to cancel that then navigate to the ticket queue to view open tickets.



Would be nice if this could be split between Submit Ticket and Review Tickets.
