"Invalid report details to export"

I am trying to export a report in report builder. It shows the first 2000 rows of data in the table. When I export, it appears it will work, but then the email that arrives saying something like this:

Subject: Gainsight Report Export failed

Your request to export [NAMED OF THE REPORT] report failed due to the following reason(s) 
: Invalid report details to export

How to work around this?
