For the accounts to which no NPS Survey is sent, the surveys (which are sent for other accounts) are still shown in the C360 section for that account. This information seems to be irrelevant for that Account.

You mean even there are no surveys being sent to any contact from this particular account, still you see some NPS score in CS360 ?


Also in which section of CS360 (Summary or NPS) ?

We don't see any score (It shows 0%) and the Survey name comes up in the bars. This is in the Summary section.
