Is anyone having an issue with Rich Text Fields on the C360 where they add a bunch of code back to SFDC?

My team had been using rich text fields in SFDC and when we exposed them in the C360, a bunch of extra code is added when they edit these fields. Not sure what to do here.

    I've been having this issue when I push scorecard comments into SFDC—even if the destination field is rich text.

    The good news is that Gainsight fixed it in the April 2019 release!
