Is it time for a (Sandbox) refresh ?

Many customers have a Salesforce/Gainsight Sandbox environment, and periodically need to refresh it. This article explains our best practices for maintaining your Sandbox.

      For the items that are NOT currently available upon an MDA Copy, are these on the roadmap to become available eventually?
