The use case here would be to highlight a particular update/Timeline activity as a reminder in my inbox or be able to forward the social tagged email notification to internal staff on limited basis (where an entire Gainsight license is not warranted. For example, Finance team member, etc.)

Can you see your username from the @ mention feature in Timeline? If so, you can tag yourself but I think it won’t send you a notification by default in the same way if you assign a CTA to yourself you wouldn’t be notified by email.
