I am working with a customer in which he wanted to track zendesk interactions in gainsight at the relationship level.

Is there a way by which it can be achieved or can be implemented?

Hi @imran1184 - this is not currently supported as Zendesk does not track tickets at the relationship level (relationships are a construct that only exists in Gainsight). Zendesk accounts should map to Salesforce/Gainsight accounts.
