Does anyone else use a soft phone within Salesforce and Gainsight?  Our reps are reporting that talk time to an account is not always logging.  We are trying to determine if this is an issue with our soft phone or with Gainsight and I would love to hear what others are using and if they work well.

We have roadmap item to log Click to Call data to C360 for an account. Estimated time of release is unknown.
My company are looking for it as well.
