Good Afternoon-
I'm trying to write a rule to write some scorecard data to Salesforce and am running into a problem:
The action I was expecting to see, "Load to SFDC" or "Load to Salesforce Object" (cannot remember the exact terminology) does not populate.
Did Gainsight remove this functionality?
Thanks

Did you include your AccountID field or account identifier field in the rule? If not, it will not present certain Actions.
I have :
Fetch Health Score: Company ID --> SFDC Account ID
Fetch from Salesforce: Account::Account ID
Fetch from GS Relationship::ID
Merge 1: Health Score and Salesforce
Merge 2: Merge 1 and GS Relationship
Fetch Health Score: Company ID --> SFDC Account ID
Fetch from Salesforce: Account::Account ID
Fetch from GS Relationship::ID
Merge 1: Health Score and Salesforce
Merge 2: Merge 1 and GS Relationship
I just added:
Account::Account ID to my GS Relationship Fetch.
Account::Account ID to my GS Relationship Fetch.
Hi Jim, I'm wondering if this is a permission issue. This article explains how permissions to load to objects may need to be modified.
I'll look at it Lila.
What's strange is that I built rules that accessed this action back when Custom rules were available.
Did permissions change between then and now?
Thanks

Support has gotten back to me: I'm trying to write (gainsight) Relationship-level health score data to (Salesforce) Account-level data. Is this not a supported functionality?
Hi James,
When you create your merge tasks (or the task from which the job is created), make sure you have selected the correct Account Id field in the Account Lookup selection on the bottom of the task page.
