Draft Release Notes:
IMPORTANT CHANGES:
All existing email templates were switched to not available for Cockpit Send Email tasks with this release, and need to be manually set to available. This currently impacts all NXT orgs and Salesforce Sandboxes. The default setting will be modified for the Salesforce production release, so that all templates continue to be accessible to end users, which also aligns with the info in our draft release notes. We’ll be sure to update you in future communications, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Additionally, with this release you will no longer be able to edit email 1.0 templates. We recommend reviewing your existing templates and migrating them to Email Templates 2.0. For more information, please refer to the Email Templates 1.0 Retirement FAQ. (This only impacts the Salesforce edition.)
