Hi all,

I’ve just launched the 1st Program with JO and I have a very basic question:

the source is a query pulling data from SFDC every couple of days. When a contact that is valid for the query is added to the participant list in the REVIEW status, is there a way to:

  1. know it has been added there, maybe with a notification to the admin? Or should I peek in the list now and then?
  2. move automatically a participant from REVIEW to ACTIVE, meaning s/he’s already a valid match as s/he’s OK for the query? Or is it a manual work to do anyway?

@Ester.Memoli Welcome to the JO Club.  🙂. No, you don’t get any sort of notification when additional people are added, so it would be good to just check on it every once in a while.  As long as you have your schedule set to run and add participants to the program, you won’t need to go in and add them.  They should get added automatically.  Happy to answer any additional questions!
