I’ve just launched the 1st Program with JO and I have a very basic question:
the source is a query pulling data from SFDC every couple of days. When a contact that is valid for the query is added to the participant list in the REVIEW status, is there a way to:
- know it has been added there, maybe with a notification to the admin? Or should I peek in the list now and then?
- move automatically a participant from REVIEW to ACTIVE, meaning s/he’s already a valid match as s/he’s OK for the query? Or is it a manual work to do anyway?
