I’m looking for a way to build logic into the tokens for Mass Journey Orchetrator emails in order to place Book A Meeting links based on the Rep assigned to the account.  Is it possible to use logic for Tokens currently?

Depending on your JO source, it should be possible!

Sending using the Company JO model (we use a Redshift User object with lookups to the Company object for most of our customer-facing programs), if you have a field for “Rep Meeting Link” or the like, you should be able to map that field to the token, and have the email load the correct meeting link depending on which rep is tied to the account.

Thank you.  Can you point me to some documentation that shows how to use the logic to insert a token for a meeting link based on the assigned account rep?

You’ll need to make sure it’s mapped/included in the program source, or brought in using a calculated field -- are you using dynamic JO, or the old (current) advanced JO? This post has a good description of URLs with tokens.

IMPORTANT -- if you’re using dynamic JO, you won’t be able to map custom fields in your source, so using a calculated field may be the best way to map the URL to a token.

Thank you but I do not know the answer to your question.  I don’t know how to tell which version I am on as I have only used one version in the last year.  I am looking for documetation or a tutorial that has step by step instructions on how to set up what you are suggesting.  I’ve not been able to find this information in the community or in the GU.  I’ll look to join office hours to see if that can provide me with direction.  Thank you for your help.
