Lightning readiness/compatibility status

Current status of readiness for Lightning UI - can you please provide an update regarding the status of Gainsight's compatibility with the Lightning UI?  Based on another article I saw that "Fall 2016" was the timeline but it appeared that there was some contradictory information in the post.  We are in the process of migrating to Lightning and need to understand whether this will negatively impact our use of Gainsight - we do not want to recommend that our reps flip back and forth to classic as that is too disruptive to their workflow and adoption of the solution.

    Hi Esther,

    Before our Fall 2016 release, we did successfully conclude all testing efforts around lightning compatibility. So you shouldn't have to make your reps switch to classic to make Gainsight work. You'd also notice that we now have the 'lightning ready' badge on our Appexchange listing. 

             



    Having said that, we are here to support you through the change. The team will surely jump all over any issues you might face.
