We are looking to roll out Gainsight Copilot AI to our CSMs and I am looking to see what others have found as some best practice prompts to use to get the best responses from Copilot. I am looking to build out a catalog of at least 10 prompts to start that work best. 

What are some of your favorite prompts?

Suggest some conversation topics based on the last 12 months of activities with <ACCOUNT NAME>

Suggest some questions I should ask <ACCOUNT NAME> based on the last 12 months of activities

What are the top issues that our accounts experience?

Provide overview of SWOT Analysis for <ACCOUNT NAME>

Scan the last x months of activities with <ACCOUNT NAME> and summarize their goals with Acquia

Which customers have mentioned an RFP in the last 6 months?

Provide an Executive Summary of ACCOUNT NAME using this format: Company Description, Industry, Key Contacts, Product Details, Renewal Details, Executive Alignment

Thanks so much for sharing some thoughts! I have been trying some too and here are some that I have found useful as well.

 
  • Can you provide a summary of the Customer Name]'s current health status and any recent changes?
  • What potential risks should I be aware of for Customer Name], and what proactive steps can I take?
  • Identify any future opportunities to engage with the customer Customer Name] based on their recent activities.
  • Summarize the key feedback points from the last customer interaction and suggest possible actions for the customer Customer Name].
  • What are the future milestones for Customer Name], and how can I ensure we meet them?
  • Analyze the sentiment of recent communications with Customer Name] and provide insights.
  • Are there any signs of potential escalations with Customer Name] that I should address?
  • Help me compile a success story based on the Customer Name]'s recent achievements and outcomes.
  • What steps should I take to prepare for Customer Name]'s upcoming renewal?
