Lookup on User ID and Company ID fields in User Shared Details object

My Use Case: Track if a user that the Share 360 link is shared with has actually browsed to the page

I was looking at "User Shared Details" MDA Object. But I could see that there is no Lookup enabled on ID fields. These ID fields are showing 36-bit GSID but we do not get anything by looking at this ID values.





It would be better if we can enable lookup.

    Hi Krishna,

    The User Shared Details object is actually shipped with lookups enabled on those fields. This looks like a bug, possibly specific to your tenant. You should log a support ticket and they'll help you fix the issue.
