Mandatory Fields in Success Plan

Is it possible to make a field on the details section of the Success Plan mandatory?

    Hi Collete, It looks like you can make these fields editable or not, but you can’t mark them as required. 

    There’s a feature request here which you can comment on and/or vote for if this is an important enhancement.

     

    (Btw, if you’d like us to update your username to something simpler, just email community@gainsight.com and we can make the change for you. A handful of users ended up with usernames appended with an alphanumeric string for some reason!)
