How can I manually change the overall Health Score for an account deemed At Risk? The measures are all positive but direct client feedback tells us otherwise.

I am the new Community Manager and I am going through and checking to see if these questions that were posted a while ago were answered.

Was this something that has been resolved for you or is it still ongoing?
