Salesforce has a setting to enable maps and location services for any address fields. Does Gainsight have anything similar? I have address fields in my C360 attributes section and our CS team would like a similar map to what SFDC shows as well if possible.

@kerri.lindstrom Thanks for posting it here. I think we should be able to do this via embed page. I will once again confirm with the product team and let you know.

Hi @sai_ram,

Were you able to confirm if this was doable via embed page?  I would want to leverage address fields from Salesforce, but I am not quite sure how to set those up as query/path parameters.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Kerri

@kerri.lindstrom we use Geopointe in SFDC for this and I was able to get it embedded in Gainsight via an embed page on the 360 a while back. I since removed it due to licensing, but it did the trick.

@kerri.lindstrom we do not have out-of-the-box support for representing a location on a map as of now. Being said that, it is however possible to achieve this using an embed page if the respective map service accepts address as a parameter in the URL.
