Is there a way to clear all the CTA's generated so far for a certain type or category? 
Hi Srikanth!  This is definitely a feature that we have heard feedback on before.  This is scheduled to be implemented in the May release.  If you would like to have these cleared out before then, please reach out to support@gainsight.com and I can help in writing a script to mass delete them.

May release has this functionality - Mass Edit of CTA's. It will be available to all by the end of next week.
