Message displayed when trying to set Owner on CTA

Hi, 

One of our CSM has tried to create a CTA and set the Owner as different CSM but every time we do that we get a message saying: ' Please provide a valid due date' 

The date inputted however is not invalid. 

Has someone ever experience something like this? 

It's really annoying. :( 

As admin I'm able to set the owner and save the CTA but whe CSM tries this message pops up and one cannot proceed.

Hi Ana,

Just now i have tried to replicate the same locally and i am able to create CTA's with same locale (Germany),



Locale that assed to me: German (Germany) (how to check: Setup -> Users -> Select the required username -> Locale )

I would recommend to create a Support ticket for the same.

This may be a stretch are the different owners in different locales (and therefore different date formats)?

Did the calendar UI get you that date format, or did you put it in manually?

Thank you for getting back to me. 

Both CSMs are in Cologne Germany. 

Is this a limitation? if so, is there a work around?

Hi Ana,

This issue is definitely not related to Assign.

Issue here is with Date format, there were few list of date formats that we supported in Cockpit (trying to find doc for the same)

Question: Can you let me know your Locale? (as your able to create CTA successfully)
