Multi Select in Report

We just created some milti select picklist fields in the contact object in Salesforce. When creating a report builder and trying to add the fields into a Gainisght report, I notice that the fields are not available. Is this expected that Gainsight does not support multi select picklist values in Report Builder?

Is there a workaround???

@tony_tao - you should be able to add them in the Show fields section but you will not be able to add them in the By section. The By section has some limitations.

You cannot add the following data types to the By section:
Rich Text Area

Multipicklist

Measures (Number, Currency, and Percentage, etc.)

Address

We can’t add multi picklist type fields in ‘By’ section of reports. It works for Show fields, though. Are you trying to add it in By section?
