We just created some milti select picklist fields in the contact object in Salesforce. When creating a report builder and trying to add the fields into a Gainisght report, I notice that the fields are not available. Is this expected that Gainsight does not support multi select picklist values in Report Builder?
Is there a workaround???
You cannot add the following data types to the By section:
- Rich Text Area
- Multipicklist
- Measures (Number, Currency, and Percentage, etc.)
- Address
- URL
