Currently, our CSMs are logging few manual CTA and there are also few CTA's that are triggered by the system. I wanted a report of manual CTA's and system triggered CTA's . How can i differentiate them in the reports ?

Hi Manish,
You can use source field on CTA object. Manually created CTAs have source field as "Manual".
Thanks,
Srinivas

Hi Manish,
There is a field called Source that you can use to separate out manual and automated CTAs.
Thanks!

Hi Manish,
You can use the field 'Source' in Call to Action object. For all manual CTAs source value will be 'Manual' and for all system generated CTAs source value will be 'Rules'.
Thanks,
Nitisha

Thanks Nitisha for the quick reply.
Manish, I'm one of the CSMs at Gainsight. Some of my customers have created a report with the following parameters in order to get an idea of the number and type of manual vs rules-driven CTAs that are being created within a specific timeframe:Subject/Object = Calls to Action
Show
Me: Calls to Action - Count of ID
By:
CTA Type Name
Filter
by:
Time
frame, such as Quarter or last 90 days
Source
- Rules & Survey or Manual
