Notifications for JO Survey Responses

Is it possible to receive notifications of when a survey response is received? I can’t find any documentation on the topic and it’s not clear how to setup it up via Notification Settings or My Settings>Notifications.

I don’t think you need to follow a company to get notifications of events that are assigned to you (CTAs, Success Plans, etc.). This post includes instructions on how to setup a Slack channel just for NPS responses.

Hi Justin, where do you want to receive notifications of new survey responses? It’s possible to set this up for all users in the Notification settings that appear in-app and via email. But it’s also possible to set up notifications to a Slack channel.

Hi @lila_meyer  - is it necessary to follow a company in order to get notifications? For this particular survey we wouldn’t necessarily know to follow companies in advance. Is there any way to get notifications for all new survey responses? Email would be preferable, but Slack would work too.

    Unfortunately the link to that post doesn’t work for me. This particular survey is an exit survey for churned customers. Not sure if that could also be setup in a Slack channel.
