NPS "Detailed Responses" table NEEDS a field for Customer Success Manager

I would love to be able to see the CSM name as one of the fields on the NPS Detailed Responses section on the dashboard.

Are you trying to customize the view associated with the NPS tab within Gainsight to show the CSM name?
Yes, I sure I'm.. Do you know how to make this possible? 
You can go to Administration -> UI Views -> NPS and customize the fields that are displayed.  If there isn't an NPS UI View already, then you can create one which will have the same result.
