Happy Holidays!

I need to get the score & how many people responded to our first NPS we built at the beginning of the year…  What is the best way to go about this?

If you prepared the Survey within Gainsight, then each survey has its own analytics. You’ll have some standard out of the box reporting, and you can build custom reports off the Survey objects if you need more.
 

Also, if this is an NPS survey, you’ll also have out of the box reports, with the option for custom reports where you need them.
