CSM was trying to put in a timeline on my an account and posted an email sent for reference and it just clocks, she then received - Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again or raise a support ticket with Gainsight - She also received Big Red error on top right hand corner. Has anyone seen this before?

@sai_ram_pulluri Several of our CSM's have also experienced this issue. Attached is a screenshot of the relevant error message.
