We'd like to have a quick way to open the Gainsight C360 from an Opportunity.





Is it possible to build a button or link that would do this? Or is the only option to add the Gainsight widget to the Opportunity page layout?
Thanks for posting, Kristin. Adding the widget obviously provides a direct way to both consume C360 information [i]and get to the full page by clicking on the Gainsight logo. But you can also create a custom link and add that to the Opportunity page layout, either just as a link or a live button at the top for quick access.
