We'd like to have a quick way to open the Gainsight C360 from an Opportunity.
Is it possible to build a button or link that would do this? Or is the only option to add the Gainsight widget to the Opportunity page layout?

+3Thanks for posting, Kristin. Adding the widget obviously provides a direct way to both consume C360 information [i]and get to the full page by clicking on the Gainsight logo. But you can also create a custom link and add that to the Opportunity page layout, either just as a link or a live button at the top for quick access.
