Hi,

I followed the instructions and video on this post below to create a period-over-period comparison of health scores, but my formula field keeps producing no data.

Instructions:  https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Data_Designer/Admin_Guides/Period_Over_Period_Comparison_in_Data_Designer

I am using “Snapshot date” as the time identifier and “Score” as the metric.  Both fields have data in them.

I have tried various periods  lengths (ie. days, weeks, and months options), have tried increasing the number of prior periods it is compared to, as well as adjusted decimals and clicked /unclicked “Ignore missing data.”

No matter what permutations I try, the formula field still ends up as blank in “preivew” as well as the explorer mode.

Grouping various fields also has no bearing on the formula field.

Therefore, I am trying to figure out what is faulty about using snapshot_date or score as inputs.  I have tried alternatives like “Modified Date”, “Created Date” as time identifiers as well as “Overall Score” as an input metric, and including them as options also produce no data in the formula field.

Do you have any recommendations to get data to populate?
