The issue here is that when we have a couple of required answers in a Survey and the Survey participant has only answered one of them and hasn't clicked on the Submit button. It just records the response as a Partially Saved( and later to Partial Submitted)- This skews the metrics as a few required questions are left out.
At such scenarios it might be a good idea to re-route the responses to not responded/ have the ability to only save the survey response if all the answers were completed.

Hi Prithvi, in that case why not just disable partial submissions?
Hi Dan, Hope you are saying to disable partial submission wherein customer has not responded to NPS main question.
I think response should not be considered if customer has not provided any score to NPS question. Understand that other sub questions are equally important which is a feedback to other departments or functions. However, NPS score is only based on Q1 (Main Question i.e. Willingness to recommend).
Would this be solved if you made the NPS survey question the first question, thereby forcing the participant to answer that question as a first step, and the survey will only be partially saved if at least one question is answered.
